Shea joined Kalil & Co., Inc. as a data analyst in 2025. She holds dual master’s degrees in Business Administration (MBA) and Business Analytics from the University of Arizona, where she served as a Student Engagement Officer for the MBA Student Association, helping connect students through community and social events. She finds joy in uncovering stories within data, optimizing systems, and connecting people with data insights to make informed decisions.

Before transitioning into data analytics, Shea taught both in the United States and abroad, spending five years in India, Thailand, and South Korea. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active outdoors, cooking, reading, and tackling real estate projects with her husband.
